Foamex
provides short-term disability for up to six months for a non-work related
illness or injury. Salaried employees can purchase long-term disability coverage to provide income continuation beyond
the first six months of illness or injury.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Foamex
allows you to place pre-tax dollars in a medical
reimbursement account for non-covered medical expenses or in a dependent care
reimbursement account for eligible childcare or eldercare expenses.
Educational Assistance
Tuition reimbursement is available for courses you complete with a grade of “C” or
better. The maximum number of courses covered per semester is 3. Tuition for work-related
courses is reimbursed at 100% and tuition for other qualifying courses is reimbursed at 66 2/3%. Only
courses towards a degree program related to career opportunities at Foamex will be approved.
Time-Off
Foamex
provides paid vacations, holidays, and personal days for eligible employees.
401(k) Savings Plan
The
Foamex 401(k) Savings Plan, administered through Fidelity Investments, allows
you to contribute up to 20% of your pay on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. Foamex matches
100% on the first 3% of deferred pay, and an additional 50% on the next 2% of deferred pay.
All matching contributions are immediately vested.
